In the 1980's we developed energy analysis computation models and designed
 over a million square feet of commercial, industrial and residential projects. We 
also worked on environmental assessment and documentation for large scale
projects.

In the 1990's our home in Sacramento was one of the original SMUD PV Pioneers, and our home in 
Davis was remodeled with to include geothermal ground source energy coupled with photovoltaics.

Swiftplan provides a variety of design and landplanning services, including:
Environmental documentation, site analysis, masterplanning, programming, architectural design,
 value engineering, and project delivery analysis. Our specialty has been integrated sustainable design.
Our portfolio includes government, utilty and energy, research, higher education,laboratory, industrial,
